BACKGROUND
Background Born 2352, Vancouver, Canada. Spent most of my childhood days taking apart my mother's household appliances. I made weekly visits to Starfleet's Vancouver Shipyard, conversing with the Starfleet engineers. Attended John Harriman High School in 2366. Accepted into Starfleet Academy in 2370. Attended classes on computer design, holotechnology, Warp field systems, and general engineering. Graduated in 2374, and assigned as a Starship repair technician at Utopia Planitia Fleet yards: Rank, Ensign. Reassigned to Prometheus-class starship Design at the Antares fleet Yards as project, assistant in programming of the ship's Advanced Tactical Computer. The ATC was a new bioneural net processor responsible for independant control of all 3 Prometheus segments. Participated in Prometheus field tests 2 months later. When the USS Prometheus was hijacked by Romulans, only myself and 3 other crewmen were able to escape in a shuttle. When the Prometheus returned to Utopia Planitia, I spent 4 months installing enhanced security protocols in the ATC. In 2375, I was assigned to the Galaxy class refit project I spent 2 years working on the unique 3-nacelled warp drive. In 2377, following USS Voyager's return to the Alpha Quadrant, I studied their schematics for a Quantum slipstream drive. to this day, I am still trying to perfect the design. 6 months later, when Bravofleet Task Force 44 was reassigned to the Sol Sector, I transfered to the new USS Midway. I became the Midway's Chief Engineer: Rank, Lieutenant j.g. After 5 months of duty, the Midway crew was replaced with Starfleet Corps Marine Personnel as the Midway became Task Force 44's marine transport. Given my experience with the new Galaxy Class Dreadnought design, I have been assigned to the USS Dreadnought as Chief Engineer: Rank, Lieutenant. On the 25th of November 2378 I was promoted to Lieutenant Commander. I returned to Earth, and transferred to command department. Returned to USS Midway as XO.
